environmental changes

Are we seeing the impact of the ozone being depleted which in turn is releasing more CO2 into the atmosphere by melting the glaciers?
This has been a very odd few years, between major tidal waves, earthquakes, wildfires, and hot weather in the middle of december and super hot streaks in July. Are the effects on the environment coming 50 years ahead of schedule due to human consumption and waste. If this is the case then are we truly going to start playing games with the ozone in order to cure the ill effects of human waste? Just some thoughts by a science geek.
